These terms explain how working with me works, so we both know what to expect from the start. They apply when you use alikramnoyon.com or hire me, Al Ikram Noyon, for any project. "I", "me" and "my" mean Al Ikram Noyon; "you" means you, the client. By using the site or approving a quote, you agree to these terms.
Services
I provide creative and digital services, including video editing, design and branding, content localization, websites, website care, AI agents and chatbots, social media, ads and content strategy. Depending on the project, trusted team members may help under my direction. I stay your main point of contact and I'm responsible for the result.
Quotes and project scope
Every project starts with a written quote or proposal that sets out what's included, the timeline, the number of revisions and the price. Once you approve it, it becomes our agreement, together with these terms. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins.
Anything outside the agreed scope, such as new videos, a different direction or extra rounds of changes, is quoted separately before I start on it, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Fees and payment
- Prices and payment terms are set out in your quote.
- Projects start with a 50% upfront payment. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before the final files are delivered. Larger projects can be split into agreed milestones.
- Ongoing work, such as monthly editing or website care, is billed in advance for each period.
- Final files are released once the project is paid in full.
- Late payments may pause the work until the account is up to date.
Revisions and feedback
Your quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Clear, consolidated notes help me get you to the final version quickly. Timelines depend on getting your feedback and materials on time, so if feedback is delayed, delivery dates move with it. Changes beyond the included rounds, or a change of direction after approval, are quoted separately.
Your materials
You're responsible for the footage, images, music, logos, scripts and other materials you send me. By sending them, you confirm you have the right to use them and to let me edit them for your project. If I source stock footage, music or fonts for you, I'll use properly licensed assets and tell you about any license limits.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, the final deliverables are yours to use for any purpose. Your raw footage and brand assets are always yours.
I keep ownership of my working files, templates, presets and methods I used before or outside your project, and I can keep using them in other work. Project files can be shared on request and may carry an extra fee.
I'll only show your project in my portfolio or social media with your permission.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me is treated as confidential and only used for your project. Team members who work on it are held to the same standard. I'm happy to sign your NDA before we start.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a project at any time by letting me know in writing. You pay for the work done up to that point, and any amount you've prepaid for work that hasn't started is refunded. Because creative work takes time to produce, completed and delivered work isn't refundable. If you're not happy with a delivery, tell me what's off and I'll use your revision rounds to put it right.
I may pause or end a project if payments are missed or these terms are broken. If I end a project for any other reason, I'll refund what you've paid for work not yet delivered.
Fiverr and Upwork orders
If you hire me through Fiverr, Upwork or another marketplace, that platform's terms on payment, delivery, revisions and disputes apply to that order, alongside these terms where they don't conflict.
Results
I do my best to create work that helps your business grow, but views, followers, rankings, leads and sales depend on many things outside my control, such as your audience, offer, budget and the platforms themselves. So I can't guarantee a specific result. The services are provided as described in your quote, without other promises.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project.
Site content
The design, text and work shown on this site belong to me or to the clients who gave permission to show them. Please don't copy them without asking. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If a disagreement comes up, let's talk first; most issues can be solved with a quick, honest conversation. If we can't solve it together, it will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Projects already underway stay on the terms you agreed to, unless we both agree otherwise.
