This policy explains what information I collect when you visit alikramnoyon.com or work with me, why I collect it and what I do with it. "I", "me" and "my" mean Al Ikram Noyon, an independent creative professional based in Bangladesh. "You" means you, the person reading this. I keep it short and plain: I only collect what I need to reply to you and do good work for you, and I never sell your information.
Information I collect
- Information you give me. Your name, email address, company or channel name, the services you're interested in, how you found me and anything you write in a message, email or call booking.
- Project materials. Footage, images, brand assets, scripts, logins you choose to share and any other files you send so I can do the work.
- Payment details. Billing name, invoice details and payment confirmations. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider you use, not stored by me.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, the servers that host this site and its videos receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Google Analytics also records how the site is used (see Cookies and analytics). I don't use this to identify you.
How I use your information
I use your information only to run my business and serve you well:
- Replying to your message and preparing a plan and quote.
- Delivering your project, sharing drafts and handling your feedback.
- Sending invoices and keeping the records the law requires.
- Keeping the site and your files secure.
- Following up about your project, or with occasional updates if you've asked for them. You can tell me to stop at any time.
I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Services I rely on
A few trusted providers help me run the site and my work. They only get the information they need to do their job:
- Web hosting serves this website and receives standard request data.
- Cloudflare R2 stores and streams the portfolio videos.
- Google Analytics measures site visits, as described above.
- Web3Forms delivers the contact form to my inbox.
- Cal.com handles call bookings and sends the calendar invite.
- Email and cloud storage hold our messages and your project files while we work together.
- Payment providers process payments using the method agreed in your quote.
If you hire me through Fiverr or Upwork, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to what you share there.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiries for as long as we're talking and for a reasonable time after, so I can pick up where we left off. Project files are kept while the project is active and for a period after delivery in case you need revisions or a copy. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask me to delete your files sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just email contact@alikramnoyon.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and I'll respect them. I may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Security
I protect your information and files with secure, password-protected accounts, two-factor authentication where available and access limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care and will tell you promptly if something affecting your information goes wrong.
International transfers
I'm based in Bangladesh and work with clients around the world, and the providers above may store data in other countries, including the United States. By working with me or using this site, you understand your information may be processed outside your own country.
Children's privacy
This site and my services are meant for adults and businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy as my work or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, I'll make it clear on this page.
